Scope of Service

OnSpot provides travel assistance and concierge services to independent travelers in English, French, and Portuguese. Our service includes a dedicated support line accessible via travel documents provided by your travel agency. For email inquiries or support, please contact us at support@onspot.travel.

Currency and Payment Security

Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and processed through our secure payment partner, Stripe, a PCI-compliant processor. Our website implements HTTPS and adheres to industry best practices to safeguard your payment information. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellations 

You may cancel your service up to 7 days prior to the travel departure date at no cost. To cancel, simply send an email to hello@onspot.travel with your request.

2. Refunds 

Cancellations requested within 7 days of the scheduled departure date are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process
 
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 business days from the receipt of your cancellation email. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
